ABS
ABS is derived from acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene. The most important mechanical properties of ABS are impact resistance and toughness. ABS is easily machined and ideal for turning, drilling, milling, sawing, die-cutting, and shearing. ABS can be cut with standard shop tools and line bent with standard heat strips.
ACETAL COPOLYMER ROD
Acetal copolymer rod, also known as acetal plastic rod or POM (polyoxymethylene) rod, is a type of engineering plastic known for its excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability. Acetal copolymer is a thermoplastic material that is widely used in various industrial applications.
ACRYLIC / LUCITE ROD
For decorative use or for manufacturing in the production of high-quality clear acrylic products. It will not warp, crack, craze, or corrode when subjected to prolonged exposure outdoors. It meets FDA standards and is UV stabilized. It has a forming temperature of 350°F. Maximum continuous temperature of 180°F. These are extruded rods. Cast rods are available upon request.
ACRYLIC SHEETS
We currently stock cast acrylic sheets in sizes as small as 4″ x 6″. Duco’s cast acrylic is known for its superior strength, lightweight, ease of cutting, and high-impact resistance.

CARDBOARD / PADS
These high-quality cardboard pads are cut to order. Stocked in 32 ECT, but 29 ECT and 200# can be available also under minimum requirements. Any size in any quantity is available to meet your needs. These can be used in frames, shipping pads, storage, or whatever else you can think of. Orders generally ship in 1-2 days.
CLOSURE STRIPS
Precut foam closure strips are designed to close profile gaps in corrugated roofing and sidewall panels. These closure strips are manufactured to withstand air movement, insects, UV, and moisture. They have been tested to insure longevity in the harshest of climates. Our closure strips are available in most standard profiles.
COROPLAST
Coroplast is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. It is stronger than corrugated fiberboard yet lighter than an extruded plastic sheet. It is waterproof and stain-resistant, making it ideal for screen-printed signs and partitions.
FOAM PVC
A great indoor sign material – also great outdoors if used short term. Foam PVC sheet that can be cut, drilled, and line bent like other thermoplastics. It offers superior UV resistance, is lightweight and easy to handle, and offers good screw and staple retention.
HDPE
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) offers a high strength-to-density ratio. HDPE can be heat formed, shaped, and welded. The sheet offers excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of items. HDPE offers good impact resistance and abrasion resistance.
NYLAFLOW TUBING
Nylaflow nylon tubing is high quality pressure tubing, available in several formulations. For applications that require toughness, resilience, a small bend radius and high burst strength, Nylaflow pressure tubing is a high performance, long-lasting alternative to copper, rubber, aluminum and other types of plastic tubing.
POLYCARBONATE
Solid Polycarbonate is suitable for both internal and external glazing applications. Impact strength and clarity make polycarbonate an ideal replacement for Plexiglas®, fiberglass, or standard glass in high vandalism areas.
RIGID PVC
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) or “vinyl” is an amorphous thermoplastic material with excellent chemical resistance and dielectric properties, good tensile, flexural, and mechanical strength, low moisture absorption, exceptional dimensional stability, and good flammability characteristics. It is ideally suited for applications where maximum chemical resistance is necessary.
